for considering Montana Murray Kennels for you boarding needs. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 7am to 7pm, Saturday 7am to 6pm and Sunday by appointment. We are conveniently located just off the Frontage Road between Bozeman and Gallatin Field, 1.2 miles East of the airport on the North side of the road formerly the old "Avis" car rental building. Click here for a map. Safety and comfort are of the up most important factor's for your pet while staying with us. If it is just for a day or an extended stay I promise that your pet will be given the same treatment as if they are my own. I believe that boarding your pet should be as easy as possible, therefore we have made it very simple for you to know the rates and fees you will pay for your pets stay at Montana Murray Kennels.

We are very excited to announce that Dr. Jane Mittelsteadt, DVM LIC.#2028 with 360 PET MEDICAL is our ON CALL veterinarian, so you can rest assured that your pet is in the best of care while staying at Montana Murray Kennels.

OUR KENNELS:
At Montana Murray Kennels, we believe that your pet should have an area that they are comfortable in, that's why we have variable kennel sizes from, 4'x6', 4'X8', 5'X10', 8'X11" and 10'X 10" are kennels are spacious, indoors, and climate controlled. Kennels are sanitized daily, water is changed often and there is a night time turn down service!

BOARDING RATES:
$22.00 for an overnight stay, one dog.
$15.00 for the next dog in the same kennel
*exceptions to this rule needs to be approved
$5.00 for each additional dog in the same kennel
Every 12th overnight you receive a credit for one free nights stay.
8 consecutive days or more receive a 20% discount off the total bill.

DOGGIE DAYCARE RATES:
1/2 day $10.00 6 hours or less.
Full day $18.00 avaiable during normal business hours.

Convenience Fee:
Do you have a 6 a.m. flight? Are you getting in late? We offer 24 hour pick up and drop off. No need to come back the next day to get your best friend. An off hour convenience fee will be applied, $25.00 Check regular hours of operation here.

• Medications
• Incontinent dogs
• Intact males (lifting legs)

When life happens, which it sometimes does, I will have to add an additional rate to the bill. These include but are not limited to:

• Pickup and drop off service, either at or home or work. (within a 25 mile radius, farther distance may require an additional fee).
• Scheduled Vet service to your dogs vet.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because of the limited kennels (more quality time for your pet), You, the pet handler agrees to pay a cancellation fee if cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the scheduled drop off day. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total agreed upon bill for the pets stay, this applies to overnight boarding fees only. A credit card may be requested for the reservation for first time clients. In the event of a NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of the total bill due.

GUIDELINES:
All dogs abide by the following guidelines for every-ones safety unless other written arrangements have been made.

• Vaccinations:
  Pets MUST be current on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, bordatella, all incoming animals will be checked for flea's and tick's. If you need to have your pet vaccinated let us know, our relationship with 360 PET MEDICAL allows you to special rates and immediate service. If need be we can start you dog on:
  
  Advantage® for Dogs Advantage is a fast topical flea control for dogs. It kills 98 – 100 percent of adult fleas within 12 hours of application. And it kills re-infesting fleas within two hours. One convenient application of Advantage keeps working for up to 30 days a month. Check for rates
  
  or K9 Advantix® K9 Advantix is a once-a-month topical flea, tick and mosquito treatment for dogs and puppies. It contains a unique combination of imidacloprid and permethrin that works in concert to repel and kill parasites before they bite. These Parasites can potentially transmit disease borne–causing organisms. Check for rates
  
  
• Aggressive or Behavioral Issues:
  All Pets are evaluated for Behavioral issues, this does not mean that you have to go somewhere else, at Montana Murray Kennels we specialize in training and rehabilitating dogs with Behavioral issues, if your pet needs specialized training, or boarding contact us.
  
  
• Feeding:
  It is recommended that you bring your pets food with them in a store-able container, if you prefer we feed Royal Canin small, medium, large and medium puppy food, we strictly adhere to the recommended feeding schedule in accordance to Royal Canin, the fee for food is .50 cents per cup, and you are only charged for what you pet actually eats.
  *Sunday's we eat at 3 p.m.
  
  
• Exercise and Socialization:
  All dogs are walked on leash for a minimum of 1 hour per day*, (usually two 30 minute sessions) dogs are encouraged to be in a social setting with a trained pet walker. Again your pets SAFETY is the most important part of the animals stay with Montana Murray Kennels, at our facility pets are socialized in a manner where dogs get to be dogs, but in a controlled environment where you don't have to worry about your dogs safety. All Pets receive "free" time throughout the day.
  *During severe in climate weather alternative exercise will be provided.
  
  
• What do I bring for my Pet's stay?
  
  • Leash and collar, no harnesses please.
  • Copy of Vet Records (need to be a copy for us to keep)
  • Food (in a store-able container)
  • Medications
  
  
• What don't I need to bring for my pets stay?
  
  • Food bowls, we use stainless steel and are sanitized after each feeding.
  • Anything of a high value rate, emotional or financial, we are not responsible for damaged or lost items.
  • Pet's bed.
  • Toys, we provide toys.
